Vimbai Zimuto’s acrostic poem by Kelvin Jasi

V ery much I loved the
I dea of sitting in a corner,
M uch folded like a fatherless kid,
B efriending the wrong spiders.
A nd then I learnt to love
I ncessantly my white fragrance,
Z eroed in black,
I n a colorful wilderness,
M uch lonely like an undiscovered tulip.
U nreservedly now, cage my unbridled emotions, in words,
T ogether hiding in metaphors and befriending metaphors,
O bligating quills like a father’s thumb.
