Sometimes it’s better to be alone,
No music, no poetry to fill the space.
No boyfriend or girlfriend by my side,
No videos, no movies to distract my mind.
Just me, with my wild thoughts and swirling emotions,
They often serve me better than anything else.

No wine, no spirits to blur the lines.
No dolls or cats to keep me company,
No artwork or paintings to fill the void.
Just me, with my restless thoughts and shifting emotions,
They often serve me better than all the rest.
Sometimes it’s better to be alone,
No voices, no words to break the silence.
No speeches, no charts to guide the way.
Just me, with my erratic thoughts and untamed emotions,
They often serve me better than anything else.
