An appetite that’s never quite drenched.
Her heart is a raging fire,
The flames so hot and intense,
Her desires so deep and dire,
That nothing can ever make sense.
She’s searching for her next fix,
A craving that’s never quite sated,
The thought of it causing her to mix,
A feeling she’s always hated.
She’ll never find a cure,
For a sickness that’s deep within,
She’ll never find a way to be sure,
That her cravings she can win.
