K indly pay attention to those who care about you.
A lbeit if you don’t believe it,
T hey are worth living for,
E spy the memories that depression has taken
O ff and project them into the future.
S wallow your pills, be brave, and be strong.
U nmindful if each step weighs a thousand pounds,
E xercise because it is good for you.
K indly eat when the thought of food disgusts you.
E ven when you’ve lost your reason, reason with yourself.
