Ginimbi’s death myths, conspiracy, and lessons: OPINION by Kelvin Jasi.

1. Being Rich Is Not A Crime
Rich people are not bad people; they are brilliant, risk-takers, and investors, not employees. Rich people don’t have time to squander, and they don’t have time to post on social media every minute. Don’t despise the wealthy. Don’t be envious.
2. Money Is Not Evil
Money is a good thing. Guys, money is not a snake; money is hard labor. Don’t you like the money? As for me, I like it, and I aspire to amass vast sums of money and fortune.

3. Obey Rules
Always follow the rules in all you do and wherever you go. Driving is no exception; it has its own set of laws, such as not drinking and driving, adhering to speed limits, and knowing when and how to overtake, all of which are outlined in the Zimbabwe Highway Code. Follow the rules, whether you’re rich or poor. It is not all about your ego and philosophy in life. Ginimbi emerged from the car alive but afterward collapsed (after about fifteen minutes). Shock has the ability to kill, bury, and communicate with bad spirits and snakes. Do not drink and drive! Speed kills!
4. Respect.
Respect others the same way you respect yourself. Speak politely to everyone, including domestic employees, security officers/guards, till operators, delivery men, son/daughters-in-law, lower-class individuals than you, and so on. Respect is a life principle; anyone who violates this concept will face the consequences. Ginimbi would be here partying with his pals if he had shown respect for a Honda Fit by not attempting to overtake it by his Rolls Royce Wraith.. It wasn’t a snake or juju that made him lose his regard for others. Let us not get so carried away with money that we end up disrespecting others or anything. Respect! Respect!
5. Cry With Those Cry
The bible says to weep with those who weep. When the poor, general Zimbabwean citizens and opposition political parties complain about the state of roads and service delivery, the rich and ruling party think it’s a cry for help for the poor or a plot to destabilize them, and it doesn’t occur to them that bad roads are dangerous to life and suicidal. The Zimbabwean government, governing party, and lawmakers, especially the MDC, should prioritize road maintenance. Ginimbi was capable of building an excellent road from Domboshava to Harare CBD on his own if he so desired, but we believe it is the work of politicians; perhaps he felt his luxurious automobiles could swim or fly through to his destination without causing any disruptions. This is not the work of politicians, you understand. We, as citizens, are capable of doing so. Honorable Themba Mliswa constructed good roads in Hurungwe on his own; he did not need to be president to do so, as claimed by sleeping MDC leaders, especially the youthful outspoken Chamisa. According to the Traffic Safety Council of Zimbabwe, five persons die on Zimbabwean roads every day. Imagine there is no fire engine on the site. Did this ever ring in Ginimbi’s mind when he was alive? I doubt! We have numerous folks around the country who are willing to contribute to fire engines. General Solomon Mujuru died as a result of a fire. Zimbabwe requires an efficient service delivery system! Let’s stop talking about juju or demons since they aren’t to blame. Let’s improve our roads and infrastructure! Good roads are life!

6. Life Is Precious
A loss of life is a national loss. It’s a shame to watch people insulting and disparaging brother Ginimbi; a body is sacrosanct. Where has conscience gone? Where did the sympathetic spirit go? Let us understand that certain envy keyboard terrorists have developed falsehoods and poison to destroy people’s Ubuntu spirit in an instant. Every life is valuable.
7. Superstitious Mindset Is Bad
Let’s be honest and put our superstitious minds aside. Ginimbi’s Ferrari caught fire just a few days ago. Damn, people said some ridiculous things like “juju goods go with the owner,” “everything will burn, and nothing will be left.” Let’s double-check the facts: does the driver know how to operate a Ferrari, such as what sort of fuel to use, and so on? Allow the investigators to complete their work and provide a report. Maybe it’s the gaseous gasoline we use in Zimbabwe, which contains too much sugarcane juice (chokwadi muto wenzimbe muFerrari here veduwee? ????), or the ethanol in our fuel. We all know that it doesn’t last long in the tank and then goes. I’m suggesting that the gasoline in our nation isn’t suitable for all vehicles! Let’s be honest and put superstitions away.
8. Mindset – Read, Learn, Change, And Grow
There, you will meet entrepreneurs and billionaires who will share their experiences with you. You will never be the same; believe me, your thinking will change.
There’s one of his cars with the customized number plate “G GHOST.” Oh my goodness, our lexicon must be rather extensive. There are models of that automobile brand such as the Rolls Royce Wraith and the Rolls Royce Ghost. There’s nothing wrong with it. A ghost is a soul. Everyone, including you and me, has a ghost/soul. Every time Christians and other believers pray in the name of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit to God. There’s nothing wrong with his number plate. Let us commence with eyes and minds that can see the bright and positive side of things. You will meet entrepreneurs there, millionaires who will share their experiences. You will never remain the same, trust me, your thinking will change.
There is one of his cars with personalized number plates, “G GHOST”. Oh my word, surely our dictionary is very far. There is Rolls Royce Wraith, Rolls Royce Ghost, etc they are models of that car brand. Nothing bad about it. A ghost is a soul. Everyone has a ghost/soul including you and me. Every time Christians and other believers pray to God in the name of Jesus Christ and believe in the Holy Ghost/Spirit. There is nothing bad about his car’s number plate. Let’s have eyes and minds that can see the good and positive side first.
9. Guilty By Association
There is an English proverb that states, “show me your buddy so I can know who you are.” This is fantastic! If you play with thieves, you become one of their accomplices. Make some nice pals. Create partnerships and business groups to get things started and share information. It’s unfortunate, though, that most of us have no sense of direction, like a dandelion that follows where the wind blows. Trash talk, sex, and joke groups are big on WhatsApp and Facebook. People who upload porn, nudes, and talk about sex become famous for no reason; these people have a large following, while those who create business groups are labeled as fraudsters. Larry Page founded Google with a buddy, while Mark Zuckerberg founded Facebook with a friend. Have good associates. Think cautiously if your network is made up of individuals who only support you when it comes to smoking tobacco, drinking alcohol, or using drugs, or who can sponsor your date to see a girl but can’t help you pay your rent or buy salt. You’re in some horrible company.
10. Sweet Rule
This year (April 2020), I published a book called ‘Sweet Rule,’ which discusses God’s Ten Commandments as found in the Holy Bible. Check it out. I mentioned that people don’t obey rules because they enjoy them, but because it’s a rule. However, God only gave us one commandment/rule that has a reward. Have you ever seen a commandment accompanied by a promise? Except for the one listed in Ephesians 6:2, there is no other commandment in the Bible that has a reward. Ephesians 6:2 says, “Honor your father and mother–this is the first commandment with a promise– [Exod. 20:12.] ” “Exodus 20:12: Regard (treat with honor, appropriate obedience, and civility) your father and mother, so your days may be long in the land the Lord your God grants you.”
On this one, my heart bleeds. Ginimbi’s father only saw his son traveling in dazzling automobiles at lightning speed. It’s excruciating! Ginimbi had no time to greet his father, but he did have time to spend a night on social media watching nacked women twerking and spending lots of money on them. And he’s not even looking at his parents? We must learn to honor, honor, and honor our parents in order for our days to be lengthy. Let us not lie to our children about snakes, devils, or the expiration of juju.
11.
Genius Kadungure is someone I know professionally. Ginimbi and I only met once in 2018 at the Meikles Hotel in Harare for a business meeting. He was as clever, intelligent, and brilliant as his name suggested. We talked for around 10 min. I did my pitch in just 2 minutes, I was done and waited for him to ask me questions. In Just 10 minutes, we were done, he was not a time-waster. The reason he amassed such wealth at a young age. He was a good time manager! “My brother, you’re bright, and you don’t deserve to be working for a paycheck, ita chako usatongwe nemumwe munhu,” he remarked to me (do something for yourself and be free). He possessed the roughness and directness of someone cold and gruff, yet he was also gregarious, witty, and cool. He was a pessimist! That’s the character of many wealthy men, including Donald Trump; they don’t sugarcoat things, they don’t say what you want to hear, but they say what has to be said, and they don’t care if you hate or like what they say. I had a good time during the meeting, partly because I got to talk to a multi-millionaire face to face and shake hands with a multi-millionaire.
So, if you have anything for yourself, you will not have any difficulties with anyone. Farm, sell tomatoes, sell hembe dzemubhero, ita broking, find a job, build your own house, and enjoy your life. Advocate Arthur Marara, our own motivational speaker, stated, “uri mutengesi” (you’re a salesperson, sell something today and get money). Don’t be envious and speak negatively about Ginimbi or anybody who is socially higher to you.
